That is why we don't begin by pricing labor. We begin by understanding the homeowner: what is frustrating today, what the space could become, which decisions matter most, and where the investment belongs. Design comes first, because design is what determines whether the finished project was worth doing.
Then we build it properly, once. Good work should not need to be redone in five years. That is the whole idea behind the way we operate — imagine it, design it, build it, and then live in it for a very long time.
